It was decent. The person working there had the personality of wet paint and didn't really seem interested in helping with what I wanted. But other friends and family said they had good things to say so I may be the exception. To be fair I think it's worth trying again due to their stock and hopefully the next time the experience will be positive.

They just want u out of there shop, they seem to not like it when people hang around for to long. And I wouldn't buy any of the cheap vape pen flavors cause they taste like chemicals!!!

I used to come to this smoke shop because it’s near my house. I stopped by with my Mother one day and the chick at the counter was being really rude to my mom. Never coming here again

Update** they have the best selection of glass in town. I break a lot of glass so im here every few months. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge & time they spend with you here. Changing my review to 4*
I was coming on here to give an excellent review based on my vape mod I bought today. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received and the knowledge the manager had on every product on the Shelf.
I decided to look up my mod and was shocked to see I was charged almost $45 more than the highest price online. I shop here quite frequently and have given an astonishing amount of money just in the past 6 months. I will go back tomorrow and speak with the same manager in hopes that an agreement or decision can be worked out that's fair. I guess it's my fault for not checking ahead of time but as a consumer, we're supposed to feel comfortable where we shop, in the product we buy & the price we pay. I will most certainly stop shopping here unless some type of refund is given or a store credit is applied to my next purchase. I will check back in after I visit the shop to update my review & rating.

Called the shop to see if they had any smok trinity alpha replacement pods, and they didn’t... BUT!! within less than 20 minutes they called me back and had ordered a overnight shipment from their wholesaler and told me to come by tomorrow and pick up my new replacement pod!! Amazing customer service! Went out of their way to take care of me, these guys are great! They have a huge and wide selection of products here at an amazing deal! Been coming to this shop for years buying anything I need. Super friendly and helpful! Thanks again guys!

The place is great. The guy at the shop was very helpful and friendly. I've bought new tank, coils and batteries there, all good, authentic, and I'm enjoying new stuff. Batteries are more expensive compared to online stores, but I expected that and was fine to pay a bit more to get the stuff immediately.

Just meh. The person working there had the personality of a gnat and didn't really seem interested in helping me find what I was looking for. But my other people I know have had good experiences. To be fair I think it's worth trying again due to their inventory. Hopefully the next time the experience will be positive.

These guys were very understanding and patient with explaining their products to me. I felt like I had a bunch of dumb questions and they answered them all without making me feel like an idiot. It was totally worth it to pay a little bit more and know that there is a local store backing up their product. I will definitely be going back. Oh... and they are open 10 to 10; super convenient.
