I’ve been here before because I live in the area and the place was mediocre. I decided to revisit for a few items I needed and I gotta tell you it doesn’t seem like the same place! It’s livelier more spacious, lighting is amazing and so clean!! Met the new owner and he was so pleasant, had great energy. I was given a gift which was a great surprise when leaving, I honestly did not expect that at all. I can think of many places I walked into that can use some lessons from these guys. This is definitely my favorite to go place from this day on!!

Though SC isn’t the closest smoke shop to my house, I still make the trip anytime I need to to give Hass the business. The man is very professional, kind, and eager to consistently bring in new products to get things fresh for his customers. There’ve been times that I’m a couple dollars short when buying something and it’s never a big deal. SC employees seem to genuinely care for their customers and they do a great job at answering questions and helping out. No where else have I received hands on help with devices and gifts here and there. It pays off being a loyal customer to Hass, he’s a good man.

So I just found out you can only leave one review so I am just going to update this one. But what I want to say is this place hands down has the best customer service out there! I am in here very often and they are so friendly and caring. :) Much love and respect out to the owners.

I tried to buy an elfbar there, and they were very impatient with me even though I was struggling to figure out what I wanted. I tried the vape, and when it didn't work they told me I had to buy a new one. I bought a brand new device again, and when I get home it stops working. Turns out it was a fake device. Never shopping here again.
