I’ve been A customer for five years now and I’ve never had an issue, I love the lady with black hair she is amazing. But today I went in and there was an old lady who refused to sell me anything even though it was not for tobacco use. I am over 21 and I don’t have a drivers license. This has never been an issue before this lady was rude and disrespectful and told me I was stupid. Honestly I don’t want to return because She had belittled me. I had brought my med card in and she also refused my med card which has my birthdate and showing that I will not be using it for tobacco use.

I love this place. It's my favorite smoke shop in town. The staff is always knowledgeable and very friendly. They treat you like you're an old friend. I've never had any problems with the merchandise. They have a large selection and many different options to choose from. They always have legitimate products and I never have to worry about getting a vape or e-cig that doesn't work or that is fake. This is definitely the place to go.

Love this smoke shop! Sharleen helped my boyfriend and I get a gift for my brother for xmas! She is so detailed and you can tell she loves her job! She shares the knowledge and also doesnt make you feel stupid. Ive been smoking for years but dont know much about pieces, and like i said she went above and beyond! This will be our main shop we go to now and honestly its because of Sharleen! Thank you girl! See you soon!
